5/3/1 – C1W1 – Squat

Squat:  5×100 + 5×130 + 3×155 + 5×170 + 5×195 + 5×220
Vertical Knee Raises:  2×20 + 3×10

Squats were pretty brutal.  Couldn’t go more than the prescribed 5 reps.  Legs were tightening up tremendously.
